Custom Real Glass Logo Neon Sign

Your logo, built in real glass neon. Send artwork and we redraw it as a tube path, then bend it by hand over a flame against a full size pattern. The gas glows through the whole tube rather than through a diffusing sleeve, which is the difference you can see across a room.

What You Choose

Widths from 20 to 60 inches, sixteen glow colours, and a clear backboard, a metal frame or no backboard. Wall mounted, hung, or free-standing. Dimmable or non-dimmable. Indoor, or an outdoor build specified at order time.

Artwork

Vector files work best, but a photo or a sketch is enough to start. Fine detail and very thin strokes have limits in glass, and our designer will tell you before production if part of a logo needs simplifying rather than after. Tubing is 6, 8 or 10 mm as standard, 12 mm available as a custom option, and the smallest letter height is 5 cm.

How Long It Lasts

The tube is rated from 100,000 hours and is rarely what fails. A glass sign typically runs 6 to 10 years before needing attention, and the fault is almost always the transformer or an electrode rather than the glass. Both are repairable, and our warranty covers free repair rather than replacement.
