How long until it arrives?
Express is made and delivered in 7 to 12 days, free shipping in 18 to 25 days. Both clocks start when you approve the design proof, not when you place the order, so the faster you sign off the faster it ships.
What does the free proof include?
A rendering of your sign with your exact wording, font, colour and size, on the backboard shape you picked. Revisions are unlimited and there is no design fee. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
What if it stops working?
Two years of free repair by the people who built it. The usual failure point is the power supply or the dimmer rather than the tube, and both can be replaced on their own without touching the sign.
Can you work from my logo?
Send AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, CDR, PSD, PNG or a photo of a sketch. If the artwork is not bendable as drawn we will tell you what has to change and show you both versions before you decide.
Will it arrive in time?
Tell us your date and we will tell you straight away which shipping makes it, and the last day you can approve the design.
Both times are counted from when you approve the design proof, so the sooner you sign off the more room you have. Channel letters and hand-blown real glass take longer, ask us for a date.
