Use this form when the job is a storefront channel letter sign, hand-blown real glass, oversized, outdoor, or a bulk order, because those are priced per project.

AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, CDR, PSD, PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF and TIF or TIFF, up to 20 MB per file. A phone photo of a sketch is fine too. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS) give the cleanest result because the letters can be scaled without softening the edges.

We'll tell you before you pay, and show you both versions. LED neon flex is a continuous tube, so hairlines, gradients and very tight interior corners have to be simplified. We redraw the logo as a bendable path, send the original and the neon version side by side, and you decide whether the simplification is acceptable.

Custom LED neon signs start at $239.99, battery operated neon signs at $169.99, motion and 360-degree circular signs at $169.99, and LED neon shaped channel letters at $334.99. Channel letters and hand-blown real glass neon are quoted per project. You get a firm figure, not a range.

Real glass runs about twice the price of the same sign in LED neon. Each tube is bent by hand over a flame by one person, filled with gas and electrode-sealed, and it cannot be batched. LED neon flex is formed tube, so the same shape takes a fraction of the labour. Both are made in our own factory.

The practical minimum is a 5 cm letter height, because the tube itself is 6, 8 or 10 mm thick and anything smaller stops reading as letters. There is no fixed maximum: large pieces are built in sections that bolt together on site, and we tell you the split lines on the drawing before you approve it.

Five cut styles, from a plain rectangle through to a cut-to-letter outline that makes the acrylic disappear, and 12 stock finishes including clear, frosted, black and mirrored. Any other color can be matched on request. None of the shapes or finishes changes the price.

A custom LED neon sign is made and delivered in 18 to 25 days on free shipping, or 7 to 12 days on express. Both clocks start when you approve the design proof, not when you place the order. Channel letters and hand-blown glass neon take longer depending on size, and we give you a real date with the quote.

Yes. Send your logo and a storefront photo, and we'll return a shop drawing with letter heights, depths and mounting method plus a written quote, built with UL listed power supplies and components. Tell us the city or landlord requirements and we'll spec around them. Franchise and multi-location pricing is available.

Shipping is free within the US, door to door and fully insured. Signs are double-boxed with foam inserts cut to the shape of the piece. Express production is the paid upgrade; the shipping itself is included either way.

The LED neon flex is rated for 50,000 hours, which is over 13 years at 10 hours a day. The warranty is two years of free repair by the people who built the sign. The usual failure point is the power supply or the dimmer rather than the tube, and both can be replaced on their own without touching the sign.
