Everything in this grid is an interior sign: the wall behind the bar, the mirror in the salon, the counter in the cafe. If what you need is the lit name above your door, that is a channel letter, built from aluminium and acrylic to your landlord's sign criteria, and it is quoted per project rather than bought off a page.

Facing out through the window
A sign hung inside the glass facing the street is still an indoor sign, it never gets wet, so the standard build is right. You only need the IP67 outdoor build when the sign itself is exposed: under an awning, on a patio, on an exterior wall. That has to be specified when you order, because the sealing is part of how the sign is made.
