This is not your storefront sign

A shop sign runs far longer than a home one. The tube is rated at 50,000 hours, so at twelve hours a day, every day, that is a little over eleven years before the rating is reached. It runs on 12V and stays cool to the touch, which matters when it is within reach of customers all day.
Facing out through the window
A sign hung inside the glass facing the street is still an indoor sign, it never gets wet, so the standard build is right. You only need the IP67 outdoor build when the sign itself is exposed: under an awning, on a patio, on an exterior wall. That has to be specified when you order, because the sealing is part of how the sign is made.
