- ✗ A logo that arrives as a low resolution screenshot. It has to be redrawn before we can quote properly, which adds a round trip before the clock even starts.
Send the best version of your artwork you have, in any format, and reply to the drawing when it lands. Those two habits are worth more than any expedite.
Most people order later than they meant to and then ask whether it can be rushed. The honest answer is that the part we control is fairly fixed, and the part you control is not. If your date matters, get the drawing started now even if you are still deciding the wording, because revisions are free and the conversation is what moves first.
