How We Build the Happy 21st Birthday Neon Sign
Happy 21st Birthday makes a bold sign. We build it from LED neon flex on a clear backboard, to order. On camera it is script over a gold and black balloon arch. Set it behind the cake table and the pictures take themselves.
Battery Powered, Color Changing and Outdoor Options
