Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders that are shipping within the United States, Canada,
Shipping Types
Items are shipped in three categories:
- Small Items: Packed in sturdy boxes and delivered to the recipient's address via UPS or FedEx.
- Oversized Items: Packed in wooden crates and delivered to the recipient's address via UPS or FedEx.
- Bulk Orders: Transported by truck and delivered to the recipient's address. The recipient will be notified by email and phone to schedule the delivery time before it is dispatched.
Shipping Updates
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with order tracking information. We will also closely monitor your package to ensure it is delivered to you on time.
Shipping Time
Production time for orders is 3-5 business days, and standard shipping time is 9-10 business days.
Shipping time for bulk orders will depend on the specific order.
Expedited Orders
We accept expedited orders, ensuring delivery within 7 business days from the time the mockup is approved.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Exceptions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO addresses. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.
International Customers
If you place an order to be shipped to a country outside the U.S. or Canada, the recipient may need to pay import duties once the shipment arrives in the destination country.
To avoid delays in receiving your order from customs, please consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number so that customs can contact you for duty payment upon arrival. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice.
Shipping Claims
If items are damaged during transit, AOOS will promptly custom-make and expedite a replacement at no cost, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
